Are you ABTA or ATOL protected?
Yes we are ATOL protected, ATOL reference XXXX.
Is my money safe when I book with you?
Yes, in addition to ATOL, we also have our funds in Trust with HSBC, via Protected Trust Services; we are Member 6300.
Do you offer payment plans or instalment options?
Yes, you can pay us in installments for packages, with deposits from as little as £1. Please refer to the package for payment options – or contact us for more information.
Can I make changes after my trip is booked?
This will depend on the trip booked and how soon after it you wish to make changes. Please contact our support department who will be glad to support you.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
- If you flight is cancelled the airline will rebook you onto the soonest flight departing next.
- If the flight is delayed and you have missed a connection, the airline will place you on the soonest next available flight.
- You may be entitled to compensation under EU law for canceled and delayed flights.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
This will depend on the type of booking and the terms of the booking. Please contact our Support department for assistance. We do advise purchasing Travel Insurance to cover non-refundable trips.
Do you provide support while I’m travelling?
Yes, our Support Team are on standby to assist with and queries.
Can I speak to someone about my booking at any time?
Yes, our Support Team are on standby to assist with and queries 24/7.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency assistance?
We offer 24/7 assistance with all travel bookings – however our assistance is limited to your travel booking – and depending on the emergency, you may need to speak to your Travel Insurer.
Do you charge any booking or service fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden service or booking fees.
Why should I book with a travel agent instead of online?
Often, online websites (such as Skyscanner and GoToGate) will deliver artificially low prices, which are then increased when you try to book – or even in some cases changes made to the booking without your knowledge.
All our prices are ‘actual prices’, and therefore do not change when you try to book – however may be subjected to price increases if left unbooked for several hours.
Can you beat or match online prices?
Often we can if you provide us the details, however, as per the above question – not all prices seen online on sites such as Skyscanner and GotoGate are real.
What types of holidays do you offer?
We offer a range of holidays, from package holidays, skiing trips, cruises, train trips and coach holidays.
Do you arrange luxury, family, or honeymoon packages?
Yes, we have specialists in luxury holidays in destinations such as The Maldives, Mauritius, Bali, Bora Bora and the Caribbean.
Can you book business or corporate travel too?
Yes, Flying Business handles our Corporate travel – and Flying Business Holidays specialises in our leisure travel.
Do you offer group bookings or incentive trips?
We do via Flying Business – we also have an event background, so are more than familiar with group bookings and incentives!
Can you help with travel insurance, visas, or documentation?
We do sell Travel Insurance as an extra on our bookings. For Visas, we recommend getting specialist visa advice, subject to the trip.
Can you accommodate special requirements or accessibility needs?
Yes, we work closely with a number of airlines and hotels in ensuring that accessibility remains a paramount – and many airlines will go the extra mile for travelers with special needs.
Will I receive travel updates or reminders before my trip?
Yes, we will provide you any relevant information ahead of the trip – and the airlines or hotels may also contact you directly with certain information.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
We generally recommend booking any travel as soon as possible – however there are some last minute bargains that do come about!
